1) Navigate to Vendor Storefront / Product Page that you require assistance with. (Order/Product Inquiry). On the bottom right, there will be a messaging icon.

2) Click on the messaging icon > Click on ‘Check with your Sales Rep’

3) You will be immediately connected with your assigned Sales Rep and you can communicate with them via this channel.

Feel free to navigate to other pages while waiting for your Sales Rep to reply.
4) When your Sales Rep gets back to you, there will be a notification on the messaging icon as seen below.


5) You can continue the conversation with your Sales Rep with this messaging function
