1) Click on the ‘Chat’ icon on the bottom left of the Vendor Storefront screen.
2) After which, this popup will appear on the bottom left where you can choose to ask the Vendor questions about product or order.
3) When you click on Product/Order Inquiry, it will redirect you to a chat where the vendor will assist you.
